Physi-Fit is ...


A Physio led exercise class designed for those who want to keep active into later life, or held back from exercise by a health condition or injuries at any age. Perhaps you don't look good in lycra any more or are aware that gravity has taken it's toll, but still keen to make the most of what you have.


It may be that you have been attending mainstream aerobics classes but finding it a bit tricky to keep up or your body is feeling its age the next day. You're not quite ready for seated classes but aware of the need to do something.


These classes are made with you in mind.

They are intended to focus on specific areas that can challenge us as we age. They will include elements of warming up, aerobic exercise, strength, flexibility and balance, together with relaxation to finish.


You do not need to worry about getting up and down from the floor as all exercises are done in sitting or standing.


The aim of the classes is to have fun whilst making the most of our bodies and to leave feeling energised and encouraged to keep active into the week ahead.
